This consultation is ideal for clients needing specific videos executed, these can range from short form to long form content for any social media or YouTube page.
It is encouraged to come to this call with a concept, your vision, and any questions or materials you may already have to help us better execute your vision. Here a few steps that can help you prepare for this call
During the Call
During your 60-minute session, we’ll:
1. Quick intro and get to know you/your brand
2. Clarify your video goals (what you want the video to accomplish)
3. Discuss creative direction (style, tone, length, visual references)
4. Go over logistics (timeline, locations, shoot days, budget, etc.)
5. Collaborate on ideas and offer expert suggestions to elevate your concept
6. Summarize next steps and make sure everyone’s aligned
This is your chance to walk us through your vision—then let us take it from there.
After the Call
You’ll receive a recap email summarizing everything we discussed and agreed on during the consultation.
We’ll send over a proposal or quote based on your project scope and needs.
If you're ready to move forward (or if a shoot is needed), we'll schedule your shoot date(s).
Pre-production begins — this includes storyboarding, location planning, creating a shot list, and aligning on the creative direction.
We’ll stay in touch for any follow-ups, updates to the plan, or extra creative input you'd like to add.

What’s the turnaround time for videos?
After getting everything I need, including all footage and logos and anything else you want me to add, turnaround time will be 3-5 days depending on workload.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes to get it perfect and to your liking. For minor changes, as many as you’d like. For bigger changes, you get 3 revisions.
Do I need to know exactly what kind of video I want?
For the most part you’ll need to have an idea of what you want the video to be about. Just a concept, but when it comes to the execution, we will help with all that.
Can I customize the video?
Of course, send any logos, text, CTA (call to action), flyers, or whatever else you may want included.
What platforms do you create videos on?
Primarily CapCut Pro.
What if I already have some videos I just want you to put together?
That’s amazing and we can totally work on getting those sent over via Google Drive, we work our magic, and send you a couple of drafts to see if you like the direction we’re headed.
